These terms govern the use of the administrative platform for memorial centers and cultural events. They apply to all registered organizations and individuals.
Scope of Services
The platform provides tools for digital appointment management, participant coordination, and archiving of event data. Access is granted via a personal account. The specific functions depend on the scope activated in each case and may be adjusted by the platform operator.
Obligations of Users
All information provided during registration and ongoing use must be kept truthful. Access credentials must be treated confidentially. Users are responsible for content they create, publish, or send to participants via the platform. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
Liability of the Platform Operator
The platform is operated with reasonable care. Continuous availability of individual functions is not guaranteed. No liability is assumed for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond the operator's control. The operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Data Protection and Archiving
Personal data is processed exclusively for the provision of contractual services. Archived event data is deleted in accordance with statutory deadlines, unless longer retention is required. Details on processing can be found in the privacy policy.
Termination of Use
Use may be terminated by either party with fourteen days' notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, access to the platform expires. Already archived data is deleted after the statutory retention periods have elapsed. A claim to the release of data exists only to the extent provided by law.
Changes to These Terms
The operator reserves the right to adjust these terms if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to further develop the range of services. Users will be informed of significant changes by email. If a user does not object within four weeks, the amended terms are deemed accepted.
